Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup fat
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 2 cups flour (oat flour)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder and 2 tsp soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the fat until fluffy. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by the spoonful onto greased baking paper. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. 1 cup equals about 250 ml, so always use the same ratio.
