Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml sour milk
- 100 ml milk (whole milk)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 200 g raspberries
- 200 g apricot(s), pitted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and hull the fruit. Set aside a few raspberries. Finely purée the sour milk, whole milk, honey, raspberries, and pitted apricots and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Then pour into 4 glasses and garnish with a few raspberries.
