Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml green tea
  • 3 tbsp honey (acacia honey)
  • 500 ml grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
  • Lemon balm
  • Ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare green tea according to instructions, sweeten with acacia honey, and let it cool completely. Mix the tea with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Place ice cubes in 4 glasses, if desired, and fill with the tea. Garnish with lemon balm, if desired.
