Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g raspberries
  • 2 bananas, very ripe
  • 1 sprig(s) lemon balm
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 scoops of ice cream, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with lemon balm and maple syrup

Slice the bananas and pick the lemon balm leaves. Place them in a tall blender along with the raspberries and blend until smooth. Add the buttermilk, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla ice cream and blend thoroughly. This amount makes enough for 3-4 glasses.
