Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g raspberries, frozen
  • 400 ml low-fat milk
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Put all ingredients one after the other into a blender and mix until creamy.
