Raspberry-coconut smoothie

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large bananas, ripe
  • 1 ½ cup(s) raspberries, frozen
  • 2 dates, juicy
  • 1 tsp, heaped coconut oil, virgin
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp, leveled powder (green plant powder)
  • some water
  • possibly desiccated coconut
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very creamy and rich

This amount is perfect for one person as a snack or breakfast, or for two people to enjoy. First, peel the two bananas and put them in a blender. Add the raspberries, the dates (pitted!), the coconut oil, the chia seeds, the hemp seeds, the plant powder, and finally a little water (not too much; about a thumb’s width of the blender is enough). Blend everything until smooth and pour the finished smoothie into a large glass. If you like, you can sprinkle on some desiccated coconut and cinnamon for texture and flavor, or garnish the smoothie with a few frozen raspberries. Note: The virgin coconut oil makes the smoothie so creamy and rich, so it would be a shame to leave it out. The small amount of water also makes the smoothie very thick, making it a great substitute for a small meal.
