Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 200 g organic cucumber(s)
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 banana(s)
  • some ginger, fresh
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with spinach, cucumber, orange and banana, raw food, vegan

Wash the spinach and cucumber. Peel the oranges, banana, and ginger. Chop them slightly and blend with water in a blender until creamy, thinning with additional water if necessary.
