  • 1 small carrot(s) (approx. 40 g)
  • 240 g ice cubes
  • 1 tsp hemp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

green smoothie with wheatgrass, carrot, orange and banana

Roughly chop the banana, oranges, carrot, and wheatgrass and add them to the blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until you have a creamy smoothie. Divide between two glasses and drink immediately. Alternatively, you can pour the smoothie into a brown or green bottle and store it in the refrigerator for 1 day. A quick note about wheatgrass: I grow the wheatgrass myself from about 2 tablespoons of organic wheat (the wheat must be capable of germinating, so you should use organic quality): Soak the wheat in water for 12 hours and then let it germinate in the sprouter for 7-10 days. Rinse twice a day.
