Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 75 g flour
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 125 g almond(s), ground
  • 50 desiccated coconuts
  • 1 tsp lemon juice / Zitrovin
  • 175 g butter
  • 125 g raspberries, frozen
  • 5 egg whites

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, combine the flour, powdered sugar, almonds, and coconut flakes. Then, stir in the melted butter. Next, beat the egg whites until frothy and then fold them into the mixed ingredients along with the lemon juice. Divide the mixture among muffin cups and bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 15-20 minutes.
