Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 bowls of raspberries, fresh
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Lemon juice or mint, optional

Wash the raspberries and drain them well. Whether you chop them up or leave them whole is up to you. Now, for the yogurt, do the following: Take the cream cheese and heat it up a bit (I did this in the microwave), then add the heavy cream and stir the mixture until creamy. Add sugar or sweetener to taste, as well as the vanilla sugar (if you have it, you can also add vanilla syrup). Let the yogurt cool and then add the raspberries. If you like, you can also add a squeeze of lemon juice or a sprig of mint. A refreshing dessert!
