Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 apple
- 8 raspberries
- 1 small banana(s)
- 1 stalk(s) Celery, small
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 300 ml apple juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
a healthy breakfast
Wash the apple and remove the stem and blossom. Peel the banana. Rinse the raspberries briefly. Wash the carrot and trim some of the top. Wash the celery and trim some of the top and bottom, removing the green parts. Cut everything into pieces and blend with the apple juice in a blender on high for about 2 minutes.
