Raspberry dessert with almonds

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 400 ml cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 600 g raspberries (frozen), alternatively 2-3 jars
  • 200 g almond(s), sliced ​​or sticks
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

and with cream cheese

Whip the cream until stiff. Mix with the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Layer the mixture and raspberries in a bowl (you may want to sprinkle some sugar on the frozen raspberries). Finally, add a layer of the cream mixture to the bowl. Brown the almonds with sugar and butter in a pan (make sure they are really brown). Then add the warm buttered almonds to the mixture and enjoy.
