Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 380 g flour
- 180 g sugar
- 150 ml sunflower oil
- 150 ml sparkling wine
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 bowl of raspberries
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp raspberry syrup
- Food coloring, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
For the batter, mix all ingredients except the raspberries together, then fold in the raspberries with a spatula. Grease and flour the baking pan and fill each mold with two scoops from a small ice cream scoop. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. For the glaze, mix all ingredients together and dip the cooled donuts once, let them dry, and then dip them a second time. This recipe yields approximately 12 donuts.
