Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 tbsp sour cream (approx. 25 g)
  • 1 tbsp yogurt (3.6% fat, approx. 25 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel, pit, and slice the avocado. Mash it in a bowl with a fork until smooth. Then add the sour cream, yogurt, salt, and pepper. Crush the garlic cloves and add them. If you don’t like it too spicy, use just one.
