Raspberry dressing with a twist

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp raspberry jam, ideally without seeds, but also normal

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar or, ideally, in a shaker measuring jug with a tight-fitting lid and spout, and shake vigorously. This salad goes well with all leafy salads.
