Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 3 tsp black tea
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 100 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ liter grape juice, red, ice-cold
- n. B. sugar
- n. B. Ice, diced
- ½ liter of water, hot
- ½ liter of water, cold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brew 3 teaspoons of black tea with 0.5 liters of hot water and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Then strain the tea into 0.5 liters of cold water and let it cool. Add the lemon juice, raspberries, and cold grape juice to the tea and sweeten with sugar to taste. Place ice cubes in a glass and pour in the tea mixture.
