Processed cheese – potatoes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 processed cheeses, 2 corners of it
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in their skins. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the cheese wedges into slices about 2 to 5 mm thick (you can choose your preferred flavor). Drain the water. Cut the hot potatoes about 4 to 5 times (depending on the size of the potatoes), making sure they’re as wide as possible—but don’t cut all the way through. Add the cheese slices and wait a moment until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper and serve. Tastes great with fresh salad.
