Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g raspberries (frozen), or fresh
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, zest
  • 1 tbsp corn flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

enough for 6 glasses

Puree the raspberries and strain through a sieve. Bring the raspberry puree to a boil with the remaining ingredients, stirring continuously. Boil gently for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the raspberry hot sauce into preheated screw-top jars while still boiling hot and seal immediately. It goes well with beef hamburgers and is especially good with grilled meat.
