Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • some cream, maybe
  • 500 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 pinch vanilla (bourbon vanilla), optional
  • possibly sugar or sweetener
  • possibly mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

easily prepared without an ice cream maker

Place the frozen raspberries and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the milk and puree with a hand blender. Then, if desired, add 1 pinch of Bourbon vanilla (pod) and a little more sugar or sweetener (for diabetics). If you like, you can also add a little cream. Then, depending on the desired consistency, briefly freeze the mixture. If desired, garnish with mint to serve.
