Raspberry Kisses Yogurt and Cream Composition

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Cream
  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 packet Cream stiffener
  • 750 g Raspberries
  • Brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Whip cream with vanilla sugar and, if necessary, cream stiffener until stiff and gradually add the yogurt and fold in.
  • Wash the raspberries and cover the bottom of the dessert bowls with them (alternatively, a single large bowl can be used).
  • Pour the yoghurt-cream mixture over it and sprinkle cane sugar on top as you like. The entire surface of the bowl / bowl should be covered with cane sugar.
  • Put in the fridge overnight and let it steep ... The cane sugar partially dissolves and combines with the yoghurt-cream mixture.
  • Take out of the refrigerator half an hour before consumption so that the taste can develop.
