Ingredients
- 500 g Cream
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 3 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
- 750 g Raspberries
- Brown sugar
Instructions
- Whip cream with vanilla sugar and, if necessary, cream stiffener until stiff and gradually add the yogurt and fold in.
- Wash the raspberries and cover the bottom of the dessert bowls with them (alternatively, a single large bowl can be used).
- Pour the yoghurt-cream mixture over it and sprinkle cane sugar on top as you like. The entire surface of the bowl / bowl should be covered with cane sugar.
- Put in the fridge overnight and let it steep ... The cane sugar partially dissolves and combines with the yoghurt-cream mixture.
- Take out of the refrigerator half an hour before consumption so that the taste can develop.
