Raspberry layered dish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 pts. vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 bag of gelling agent
  • possibly sugar if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

refreshing and easy!

Thaw the raspberries, reserving a few for garnish. Puree the remaining raspberries and add a little sugar if desired. Mix the sour cream, yogurt, and gelling agent with the vanilla sugar. Then layer the fruit purée and sour cream alternately in dessert glasses and serve garnished with the reserved raspberries.
