Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g muesli (crunchy muesli)
  • 500 g natural yogurt (cream yogurt)
  • 500 g raspberries (frozen)
  • some powdered sugar
  • 4 mint leaves

very quick but super delicious summer dessert

Sort the raspberries and set aside 4 good-looking raspberries for decoration, if desired. Heat the remaining raspberries slowly in a saucepan until softened. Then puree with a hand blender and mix with a little powdered sugar. Season to taste. Then layer the three ingredients in glasses as desired: crunchy muesli, creamed yogurt, and pureed raspberries. If desired, you can decorate the top layer with a mint leaf and a whole raspberry. The dessert can either be served immediately or refrigerated for 1-2 hours to firm up. However, the muesli will then be less crunchy.
