Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken wings
  • 400 g Chicken mince
  • 100 g Bulgur
  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 8 Tomatoes
  • 1 Fresh habanero pod
  • Onion
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • Fresh sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Olive oil
  • Water
  • White wine

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, wash the habanero and tomatoes. Cut the habanero into strips and the tomatoes into medium-sized cubes. Now mix both in a bowl. Peel the onion and cut into mouth-sized pieces. Prepare bulgur and quinoa according to the instructions on the package and leave to stand on the side.
  • Wash the chicken parts and pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat some olive oil in a roasting pan and fry the chicken parts all over. Take out the chicken and sweat the onion in the roaster until translucent, add the tomatoes and chilli, roast briefly and now add the honey and tomato paste to roast once. Deglaze immediately with white wine. Add the chicken pieces and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, chop the herbs and add to the chicken, fill with water until the chicken parts are covered and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove to taste with salt and pepper and stir in the bulgur and quinoa, reduce the temperature to 180 ° C and put the roaster in the oven for another 15 minutes.
