Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 700 g flour
- 50 g semolina
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp oil
- 8 g salt
- 250 ml water
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g chocolate coating, melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a dough, then roll out the dough very thinly and cut it into the desired shape using a ravioli cutter. Then mix the cream cheese with the melted chocolate coating and pour it into the cut-out dish. Brush the edges with water and place another cut-out piece of dough over it, pressing firmly. Finally, place them in a pot of boiling water and cook until they float to the top, about 3 minutes.
