Ravioli salad with quark sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g ravioli
  • salt water
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • some mushrooms
  • ½ zucchini
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • n. B. corn kernels
  • e.g. peas
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • some salt and pepper
  • some Maggi
  • some herbs (salad herbs)
  • 2 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the ravioli in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, quarter the tomato and cut into small pieces. Do the same with the mushrooms, zucchini, and bell pepper. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl with the corn and peas. Mix the quark with the cream in a separate, smaller bowl. Season with salad greens, salt, pepper, and Maggi to taste. Drain the cooked ravioli, rinse well, and add to the vegetables. Finally, toss with the dressing. The ravioli can also be replaced with tortellini or similar. The vegetables can be varied according to taste.
