Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small head of broccoli
- 4 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 tbsp almond butter, brown
- possibly almonds, chopped
- some water
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
vegan, simple, delicious
Cut the florets off the broccoli. Slice the cherry tomatoes and add both to a bowl. Blend the almond butter with a little water until smooth, then stir into the vegetables. Season with herb salt and sprinkle with the chopped almonds. Tip: The broccoli stalk is far too good to waste. You can steam it with a little water and eat it as a vegetable with herb salt and a little olive oil or butter. Or use it as an ingredient in vegetable broth.
