For the spinach

  • 3 handful Fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Vegetable salt
  • ************************
  • 400 g Wilslmon fillet
  • 3 medium sized Waxy potatoes
  • 2 cups Cooked brown rice
  • 1 ostrich Fresh dill
  • 1 ostrich Rapeseed oil

Spinach is no longer cooked for me …

  1. Wash the spinach a few times and dry it in the salad spinner, then put it in the blender, add a little vegetable salt and puree … it couldn’t be fresher! I do that just before I eat.

The fish…

  1. Sear it in hot rapeseed oil – on the skin side – (about 2 minutes) and then simply let it rest and let it steep. The fish is only seasoned after frying, otherwise it will dry out.
