Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • Spice(s) to taste

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

quickly prepared

Mix the quark, cream cheese, and salad dressing. Season to taste. Pour the dressing into a shallow dish. Finely chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, and leeks and spread them on top. Finally, pour the paprika sauce evenly over the top. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve with bread, tacos, or raw vegetables (kohlrabi, carrots, bell peppers, etc.). It’s super easy and a hit at any party!
