Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 75 g honey
- 2 apples
- 120 g oat flakes (whole grain)

Mix the quark with the honey. Peel, trim, and grate the apples, stirring the grated apples directly into the quark to prevent them from browning. Finally, stir in the oatmeal. Let stand for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
