Ingredients for 8 servings:
- ¼ head of red cabbage
- ¼ head of white cabbage
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 300 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Remove the stems from the red and white cabbage and cut into thin strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Combine everything in a bowl and mix. For the dressing, combine the vinegar, mayonnaise, and mustard. Season generously with salt, pepper, and sugar. Add the dressing to the cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate the coleslaw and let it marinate for at least 1 hour before serving.
