Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 10 sausages (beer crackers)
- 2 small iceberg lettuce
- 2 bunch spring onions
- 3 onions, red
- 2 bunch radishes
- 100 ml white wine vinegar
- 125 ml germ oil
- some sugar
- pepper
- Salt
- 3 pretzels (lye)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the beer crackers into thin slices. Cut the iceberg lettuce into large pieces, slice the spring onions into rings, and thinly slice the onions. Quarter the radishes. Mix everything together. Make the sauce with the remaining ingredients. Cut the pretzels into small pieces just before serving, then mix everything with the sauce.
