Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 4 plums
  • 1 apple
  • 5 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, core the apple and plums. Dice the apple. Then add the strawberries and raspberries. Then, take a hand blender and puree them. Then add the milk. Then puree again, adding the honey, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. If you like, you can add ice cubes to your red fruit milkshake or refrigerate it.
