Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml milk (rice milk)
- 1 banana(s), soft or brown
- 200 g berries, mixed, frozen with blueberries, raspberries and currants
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
alkaline drink, simply with coconut and rice milk
Blend everything together in a blender while it’s still cold. The rice milk and banana make it easy to avoid sugar.
