Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 apricot(s), dried
- 375 ml milk, cold
- 125 g yogurt, whole milk
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 2 tsp honey
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
delicious, fresh and healthy, mixed in a blender
Pour boiling water over the apricots and let them soak for 15 minutes. Drain and let them cool to room temperature. Place them in a blender with all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
