Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of strawberries, fresh
- 1 handful of rhubarb
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp low-fat curd or yogurt
- n. B. Sweetener
- e.g. coconut water, water or watermelon
Instructions

Wash and slice the strawberries and rhubarb. Blend them with quark or yogurt, then add watermelon, water, or coconut water until the desired consistency is reached. For a smoothie bowl, you can omit the liquid entirely. Season with sweetener to taste, stir in the chia seeds, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then pour into a glass and enjoy with a straw or spoon. Tip: Freeze some of the fruit beforehand or add ice cubes.
