Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s), very ripe
- 500 ml milk or oat drink
- 1 handful of wild garlic
Instructions

spicy and sweet
Combine all ingredients in a smoothie maker and blend well. A cup is also an option, and then blend well with an immersion blender. The sweetness of the banana with the spicy wild garlic is an unusual treat, but it tastes so delicious. The milk gives the smoothie a wonderfully creamy texture.
