Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 handful of young nettle leaves
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 2 small oranges
- 250 g natural yogurt
- ½ handful of cashews
- 6 ice cubes
- e.g. sugar, stevia or honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with nettle
Wash the nettle leaves. Roughly chop the banana. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife and cut into quarters. You can leave the white part on, as it contains healthy fiber and doesn’t diminish the flavor in the slightest. Blend the prepared ingredients together with the yogurt, cashews, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Add a little more sweetener if desired.
