Red onion and cream cheese vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g onion(s), brown
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 300 g vegetable juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the onions, quarter them lengthwise, and cut them into strips. Add them to a hot pan with oil and fry for 5 minutes. Add the cream cheese, seasonings, and vegetable juice and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. Season again with salt, pepper, and soy sauce before serving.
