Red Onion Rose
The perfect red onion rose recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 size Red onions
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel the onions, cut off the stalk so that they stand well and cut eight times a finger’s width, but do not cut through.
- Now put the onions in a bowl, pour olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper over it and mix everything well with your hands.
- Put the onions in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and put them in the warm oven for about 30 minutes.
- Now take the onions out of the oven, let them cool down a bit, place them on a plate and carefully pull the petals apart.
