Lobster Cocktail with Honeydew Melon, Lettuce Heart and Cognac
The perfect lobster cocktail with honeydew melon, lettuce heart and cognac recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Cocktail sauce
- 3 Pc. Lettuce hearts
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- Cognac
- Horseradish canned
- Salt and pepper
- Tabasco
- Chives
- Worcester sauce
- Honeydew melon
Cocktail sauce
- Mix all ingredients together until you have a homogeneous sauce. Finally add the finely chopped chives.

- Trigger the lobster. Then cut the lobster tail meat into small pieces and mix with a little cocktail sauce. Put some peel aside for decoration.
Lettuce hearts and melon
- Clean the lettuce leaves and cut into very fine strips. Cut the melon into cubes approx. 2 cm (edge length). Arrange everything together decoratively
