Ingredients

  • 500 g Red Onion
  • 500 g Apple
  • 250 g Meat sausage
  • 2 tbsp Miracel Whip

Instructions

  • Clean the onion, cut in half, remove the "soul", i.e. the young shoot in the middle, and cut into thin slices. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core. Now halve again lengthways and cut very thin slices. Cut the meat sausage into thin lengthways slices and then into thin sticks.
  • Mix everything, possibly dividing the onion slices with your hands (I haven't found any other way to get the onion apart ;-)) Add Miracel Whip and mix everything.
  • Let it steep briefly and serve. I noticed that the salad doesn't overtly taste like onion and that stomach activity is very restrained 😉
