Red pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g fusilli made from red lentils
  • 250 g tomatoes, small
  • 1 pack of mini mozzarella, approx. 125 g
  • 1 large onion(s), red
  • 100 g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin and pine nuts)
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 jar of pesto, red, approx. 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

with pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella, delicious for grilling

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel the onion, halve it, and slice it into rings. Halve the mozzarella balls. Quarter the tomatoes. Roughly chop the basil. Briefly toast the mixed seeds in a pan. Drain the cooked pasta and let it cool briefly. Combine all ingredients in a bowl with the red pesto.
