Red Pepper Soup with Bacon Chips

The perfect red pepper soup with bacon chips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Red peppers
  • 1 pinch Chili
  • 1 pinch Ginger
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 4 piece Bacon slices
  1. Peel the paprika as much as possible (not everyone can handle the peel), cut into small pieces and simmer in the vegetable stock with the spices for 30 minutes. Cut the bacon slices into small pieces and leave them in a pan with a few drops of oil until they are crispy.
  2. Add the cream to the pepper pieces and puree with the magic wand until it becomes slightly frothy. Serve and garnish with bacon chips.
