Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g rice, possibly cooked the day before
- 2 plums, red
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp buttermilk or milk
- some paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
spicy with paprika
Mix the cooked, cold rice with milk and honey. Wash and pit the red plums, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and mix them into the rice. Ladle into dessert bowls and sprinkle with paprika. The dessert tastes wonderfully fruity and spicy. Perfect for using up leftovers or for breakfast.
