Red Quinoa Salad

The perfect red quinoa salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Red quinoa
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped rocket
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • 1 Red onion, diced
  • 0,5 Pomegranate
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Clementine juice
  • 1 tablespoon Agave syrup
  • 1 Mini cucumber
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 Chopped hot peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Rose paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet. Wash, clean and cut the vegetables.
  2. Core the pomegranate. Collect the juice. Put the seeds in a bowl with the juice and add 1 tablespoon of agave syrup. Mix well.
  3. Add the quinoa. Mix. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let rest for 1 hour.
