Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • 1 cup rice (large cup)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rice soup with minced meat and tomato paste

Lightly fry the minced meat and onion in a pan. Then pour in the vegetable stock. Add the tomato paste, rice, and seasonings and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
