Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g peach(s), red vineyard peaches
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 liter of schnapps (Riesling yeast brandy)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Stone and peel the peaches (this works best with a very sharp paring knife). Split the vanilla pod. Combine all ingredients in a wide container and pour in the schnapps. The liqueur is ready to strain and enjoy after three months. I let the fruit liqueurs rest on the fruit for a year. The aroma becomes much more intense.
