Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 125 ml red wine
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • Butter and breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a ring tin with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, and then beat in vigorously. Stir in the cinnamon, cocoa, and red wine. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Finally, add the chocolate sprinkles. Pour the batter into the tin. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
