Red wine cake from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine or butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 5 tsp cocoa
  • 125 ml red wine, optionally a little more
  • 200 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 300 g chocolate coating
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat margarine, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, cocoa, and cinnamon, and stir into the butter mixture along with the red wine. If the batter is too stiff, simply stir in a little more red wine. Finally, stir in the chocolate sprinkles. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes. Once cooled, cover with the chocolate coating.
