Red wine potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes (triplets)
  • 50 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 3 tbsp coriander, whole
  • 150 ml wine, red, dry
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, do not peel them, and pat them dry. Heat the oil in a pan, add the potatoes and coriander, and fry over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Pour in the red wine. Cover the pan. Cook the potatoes for about 8-10 minutes (test the potatoes), shaking the pan occasionally. At the end of the cooking time, remove the lid, let the remaining liquid evaporate, and season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Serve warm, e.g., as a side dish to meat or even with a salad.
